Scheduling Policy

It is our office policy to collect payment at the time of scheduling your visit, unless you are on a prepaid care plan. This ensures that appointment times are reserved for patients who are committed to showing up, allowing us to better serve everyone seeking care.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for a missed appointment, patients must notify our office at least 48 hours in advance. For Monday appointments, cancellations must be made by Friday at 12:00 p.m. Appointment fees range from $60 to $375, depending on the type of visit. If proper notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge the card on file or retain any prepayment made for the appointment. Rescheduling is up to the discretion of office management.

Refund policy

All sales on testing and supplements are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for appointments canceled without proper notice, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
